November 5th delivered everything we promised - and then some! Our Annual Conference brought the game day energy, and you all showed up ready to play.

The day kicked off with an inspiring fireside chat between ESPN analyst Desmond Howard and Anthony Calhoun that set the tone for excellence. From there, we dove deep into the issues that matter most: legislative and advocacy updates that impact our industry, insightful conversations with the Mayors of Columbus and West Lafayette on development and construction in their communities, and a dynamic workforce development panel addressing the talent challenges we all face.
